CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority board has a new vice president and will soon have two new board members in a shuffling that began after Lauren Welch’s resignation to become the Ward 3 council representative in Cleveland.
Trustees voted this week to elevate trustee Emily Garr Pacetti to vice president, filling the position vacated with Welch’s recent departure.
Pacetti, a nonprofit and philanthropic executive who has worked for the Fund for Our Economic Future, the Rockefeller Foundation and others, was first appointed to the board by Cuyahoga County Executive Chris Ronayne last year.
