SPOKANE, Wash. — A local foundation will host a documentary screening next week to raise awareness about the ongoing fentanyl crisis affecting communities across the region.
The will host the exclusive screening of "Fentanyl: Death Incorporated" on Oct. 28 at 5:30 p.m. at The Fox Theater in Spokane.
The documentary explores how fentanyl became the leading cause of death for Americans aged 18 to 44.
The film looks at the crisis from multiple angles, including fentanyl's origins, the devastating toll it takes on individuals and communities, and the need for an urgent and collective response.
