Missouri's Eli Drinkwitz gives perfect response when Paul Finebaum asks about coaching rumors

Missouri coach Eli Drinkwitz has been floated for several opening in college football as of late. So when he joined The Paul Finebaum Show on Wednesday, there was an expectation the topic would come up.

However, Drinkwitz didn't skip a beat when answering the inevitable question.

“It’s probably no more distracting than trying to decide if you’re going to run for United States Senate,” he said referencing reports that Finebaum might consider a political run. “There’s a lot of different things out there you’ve got to factor in.”

The gotcha statement by the Tigers coach was a perfectly timed zinger, “I'm supposed to be the expert in asking questions,” Finebaum said . “
