Udupi, Oct 23: The ICYM Pangla Unit, in association with St John the Evangelist Church, Pangla–Shankerpura, is all set to host the 20th Udupi Diocese-level Konkani singing competition on October 26 at 8:30 am in the Pangla Church Hall. This much-awaited annual event has been a key platform for nurturing and celebrating Konkani musical talent across the diocese.

The inaugural ceremony will be presided over by Fr Prakash Anil Castelino, Vicar of St John the Evangelist Church, Pangla; Fr Leslie Clifford D’Souza, Vicar Var of Shirva Deanery; and Fr Denis D’Sa, Public Relations Officer of the Udupi diocese.

The valedictory ceremony will be graced by Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi diocese, as the chief guest. He will be joined by Fr Ferdinand Gonsa
