Dennis Gates wants to see some Crews Missiles.
Missouri basketball is less than two weeks out from opening its 2025-26 campaign on Monday, Nov. 3, at Howard in Washington, D.C. The Tigers made the NCAA Tournament for the second time in three seasons last year under Gates, but lost to Drake in the Round of 64 in Wichita.
There are multiple key returners coming back to Columbia from that team, including veteran wing Jacob Crews, who will use the blanket NCAA waiver for all former junior college athletes to obtain an extra eligibility.
That means a sixth season in the sport for Crews.
