When the COVID-19 pandemic shocked the world, people's lives were drastically changed.

People donned face masks, sanitized their groceries, washed their hands after touching anything and maintained social distance when in public. But another effect of the pandemic was a transformation of the real estate market.

Cliff "Mr. Real Estate" Zarbock, a Corpus Christi real estate agent, said the trajectory sellers saw during the pandemic was "absolutely unsustainable in growth and depreciation."
