PASCO, Wash. – A shooting at the King City Truck Stop in Pasco resulted in one person dead early this morning. Police reported that the incident occurred around 7:00 a.m. when calls were made about an assault with a deadly weapon.
A witness at the scene claimed to have heard two men arguing, followed by two gunshots. Lieutenant Groom from the Pasco Police Department confirmed that the victim received immediate care at the scene before being transported to a local hospital, where they later died.
Police have identified the shooter, but both the shooter's and the victim's names have not been disclosed. Despite identifying the shooter, Pasco Police Department has not made any arrests.
