NEWTOWN — Paris Baguette, the newest bakery café in Newtown Square, will hold its ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration on Friday, Oct. 24.

The grand opening celebration at 10 a.m. will feature free pastry for the first 100 guests, a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m., and free samples throughout the day.

The new business is owned by Vicky Yan of Newtown Square, a former finance professional.

After a decade in finance and analytics, Yan is channeling her lifelong passion for baking and community connection into a new chapter as a small business owner.

Seeing a gap in Newtown Square for high-quality, community-centered food options, she decided to bring Paris Baguette, a global bakery café known for its craftsmanship and hospitality, to her hometown.
