Claudia Winkleman has described Strictly Come Dancing as "the greatest relationship" of her career. The telly favourite and co-host Tess Daly announced this morning, Thursday October 23, that they would be leaving the show at the end of the current series. ‌

Tess has fronted the show for 21 years, starting out alongside Sir Bruce Forsyth in 2004. Meanwhile Claudia hosted the spin-off discussion show It Takes Two. ‌

After Brucie's time fronting the show ended after 10 series in 2013, Claudia moved up alongside Tess in the leading role. And she has praised the "magical, glittery, fake tanned train" of a show that she loved being a part of. ‌
