Chief Justice of India BR Gavai, on Thursday delivered the keynote address at the Fifth “Wisdom for Future” Talk Series hosted by the Jigme Singye Wangchuck School of Law at the Royal Institute of Management Convention Hall, Thimphu, Bhutan.
