The weather across West Bengal on Friday, October 24, is expected to remain largely dry and stable, according to a forecast by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).
In South Bengal, including districts such as Kolkata , Howrah, Hooghly, North and South 24 Parganas, Purba and Paschim Medinipur, Bankura, Purulia, Bardhaman, Birbhum, Nadia, and Murshidabad, dry weather is most likely to prevail throughout the day.
There are also no significant weather alerts in place for the state over the next few days as of yet. The coastal areas of West Bengal are not under any fisherman or swell surge alerts, indicating calm sea conditions and safe weather for marine activities.
In North Bengal, the overall weather pattern will also remain mostly dry on Friday.
However, light rain or thunderst
