Isolated to scattered showers are forecast this morning across the South Plains. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecast this afternoon across the South Plains and the Rolling Plains. Some storms may be strong to severe in the afternoon. High temperatures will range from the middle 70s to the middle 80s. The wind will be out of the southwest this morning and then southeast this afternoon 5-15 mph. The chance for rain is 50 percent.
