The new Centreville Bank Stadium , home of the Rhode Island FC team , was voted as “best new or renovated venue” by the magazine, SportsTravel.

"This recognition is a testament to the vision, dedication and tireless efforts of our entire team," Paul Byrne, the general manager of the stadium, said in a press release after accepting the award at TEAMS Conference & Expo in Ohio. "We are incredibly grateful to our industry peers and our community for their support and votes."
