In love with his granddaughter? Jon Bon Jovi is well over halfway there.

Two months after Millie Bobby Brown , 21, and Jake Bongiovi , 23, shared they had adopted a baby girl , the Bon Jovi frontman detailed his bond with the family’s new little one.

“ Immediately you fall in love,” Jon gushed during an appearance on Today Oct. 23. “You know, when we met Jake and Millie’s daughter, it was just immediate. You’re like, ‘That’s my granddaughter.’”

Indeed, the 63-year-old—who shares Jake, as well as Stephanie , 32, Jesse , 30, and Romeo , 21 with wife Dorothea Hurley —also couldn’t help but reveal his chosen grandfather name, ‘Papa,’ as he admitted he will treat his grandbaby like a princess.
