Nearly five years after Sushant Singh Rajput ’s death, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has officially cleared actor Rhea Chakraborty of all charges. The closure report stated that there was no evidence linking her or her family to any form of abetment, theft, or conspiracy in the 2020 case.

According to Hindustan Times, the report concluded that Rhea was not manipulative, nor did she play any role in pushing Sushant towards suicide. She left his Bandra apartment on June 8, six days before his death, and had no contact with him after that. The agency confirmed that there was “no illegal confinement, threat, or abetment” by Rhea or any of the accused.
