Mayor Adams has decided to endorse Andrew Cuomo in the race for City Hall — a stunning turnaround for Adams, who just a few weeks ago was blaming the former governor for pushing him out of the contest and calling him “a snake and a liar.”

A source with direct knowledge of the matter confirmed to the Daily News that Adams was expected to deliver the endorsement during a Thursday morning press conference in Manhattan.

Todd Shapiro, a spokesman for Adams, also confirmed later that the mayor is backing Cuomo “and intends to campaign alongside him.”

“The time and locations for their joint appearances are currently being finalized,” Shapiro said.

A spokesman for Cuomo didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
