Dick Wolf's non-NBC procedural franchise underwent a major transformation during the last TV cycle. Despite their relative success, FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International were among the canceled shows by CBS in 2025 .

Understandably, there was an uproar when CBS pulled the plug on two beloved shows. The only saving grace from their cancelation was that it was long before their respective finales, allowing the writers to come up with proper endings.
