Mildred “Sugar Puddin” Jean Armstrong-Fennell of Missouri City, Texas passed away on October 17, 2025.

Visitation will be Friday, October 31, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Second Baptist Church, 609 S Guadalupe St., Seguin, Texas with interment to follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Seguin, Texas.
