OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A suspect in the murder of an Omaha woman in 2022 has changed his plea in court.

On Oct. 15, Cameron Foster, 25 , pleaded “no contest” to a charge of attempted second-degree murder in the death of 20-year-old DaeTiauna Kellogg on Nov. 6, 2022.

He is facing 1-50 years in prison for the reduced charge , and he is set to be sentenced on December 18. He was 22 at the time of the murder.

The other suspect in the murder, Keanu Louis , now 21, is on trial for first-degree murder. He will appear back in court on March 2, 2026.

Louis was 19 at the time of the murder and his arrest in Seattle, Washington.
