Furloughs at Arizona’s biggest Army post mean widespread pain in Sierra Vista

Roughly one in five people in Sierra Vista works at Fort Huachuca, and with the government shutdown in its fourth week and thousands of civilian federal workers furloughed, the impasse in Washington is hitting the town especially hard.
