US Vice President JD Vance, and Arab and Muslim nations on Thursday condemned Israeli bills calling for the annexation of the occupied West Bank.

According to a joint statement reported by the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, Djibouti, Oman, The Gambia, Palestine, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Egypt, Nigeria, the Arab League, and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation strongly condemn the Israeli Knesset’s adoption of these draft laws."

On Wednesday, the Knesset (Israeli Parliament) had voted to consider two bills that would lead to annexing parts of the West Bank. The bill was sponsored by the parliamentary hard-liners, with only one member of Netanyahu’s Likud Party joining them, Associated Press reported.
