TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Police arrested a Troy man on Wednesday as a result of a death investigation. Donald McIntosh Jr., 51, was charged with second-degree manslaughter.

The Troy Police and Fire Departments both arrived to the Speedway gas station on Burden Avenue around 9 a.m. on October 22 after receiving reports of a person there being in medical distress. Responders found a 45 year-old man in cardiac arrest who was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

While interviewing a friend of the victim who had accompanied the man at the Speedway, detectives determined that the victim had been involved in a fight at a storage facility on Campbell Avenue just before he and his friend made their way to the gas station.
