A construction worker fell to his death at the Hudson River Tunnel’s Manhattan work site Thursday, officials said.

The victim, an employee of the New York Concrete Corporation, fell near W. 30th St. and 11th Ave. in the Hudson Yards. He was working on the third section of the so-called Hudson Yards Concrete Casing , a large subterranean chamber that, when finished, will link Penn Station to two new rail tubes beneath the Hudson River.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he died of his injuries, an FDNY spokesman said. His name was not immediately released.
