At least four people were killed — including a 10-year-old girl — and more than a dozen injured after Russia unleashed a brutal drone and rocket barrage on the Ukrainian city of Novgorod-Seversk, in the Chernihiv region, officials said Tuesday. Footage shows rescuers battling a raging inferno inside a destroyed building as nearby hospitals and homes lay in ruins. Ukrainian authorities blasted the strike, which used “Shahed” drones and cluster munitions, as a blatant war crime that left much of the region without power.
