While some neighborhoods may decide to do it differently, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is recommending that with Halloween falling on Friday, residents trick-or-treat on October 31 and not another day.

While it may seem strange for the Sheriff’s office to make such a proclamation, a quick look at local Facebook groups each year at Halloween reveals that many parents aren’t sure which day to go trick-or-treating.
