ONEONTA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) -- After two Oneonta store owners had their vape shop shut down twice by the Department of Health for illegal conduct, they are attempting to open a third. This time, Attorney General Letitia James is stepping in.

On Thursday, October 23, the Attorney General and the New York State Department of Health announced they have filed a lawsuit against Oneonta store owners Eysa Sharhan and Ahmed Mozeb for illegally selling vapor products to children and selling banned flavored vapor products. According to the Attorney General's office, Sharhan and Mozeb have opened two new businesses after their licenses have been revoked.
