ANN ARBOR, MI — A shelter in place notice issued early Thursday morning was prompted by an altercation in a nearby apartment.
Ann Arbor police briefly closed South Division Street between East Jefferson and Packard streets shortly after 8 a.m. Oct. 23 after a call about shots fired in the area, said Chris Page, police spokesperson.
