MITCHELL — The Mitchell Junior High School and Mitchell High School Winter Guard teams are seeking community sponsors to help cover costs for the 2026 competition season.

Funds raised will go toward uniforms, equipment, competition fees, makeup, travel, and other expenses. Supporters can contribute any amount, with specific donations helping purchase items such as uniforms, silks, props, and transportation.

The team’s boosters, MJHS/MHS Guard Boosters, Inc., are coordinating the fundraiser. Sponsors will be recognized on team shirts and the Mitchell Winter Guard Booster Club Facebook page.

Checks can be mailed to Amber Richards, MJHS/MHS Guard Boosters, 306 Pioneer Creek Lane, Mitchell, IN 47446. Donations are tax-deductible under the group’s 501(c)(3) status.
