SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — Two suspects who attempted to steal a trailer led Snohomish County Sheriff's deputies on a pursuit Thursday morning that ended with one suspect being pulled from the South Fork Stillaguamish River.
The incident began when a homeowner attempted to stop two people from the trailer from his property. The suspects rammed their van into the victim's truck, causing front-end damage and leaving the victim with minor injuries.
Deputies located the suspects' van and initiated a pursuit from Quarry Road to the Beaver Creek Campground area. The two suspects abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot.
