A schoolgirl vowed she'd 'never eat a McDonald's again' after making a 'disgusting' find.

The 16-year-old believes she found mould on the chicken burger she ordered earlier this week.

She placed her order through the McDonald's delivery app on Wednesday, October 22, after the breakfast menu had ended at around 11.30am.

However, when the food arrived from the Rice Lane restaurant in Walton, her father, John Cooney, said the burger bun had 'green mould' on top.

Pictures shared with the Liverpool Echo showed a speckle of green on the burger bun.

When John complained to McDonald's on his daughter's behalf, he said a replacement meal was offered.
