Valencia held off a furious comeback from Olimpia Milano to secure a thrilling victory.

Jean Montero’s clutch basket with 43 seconds remaining proved decisive, while Armoni Brooks missed a potential game-tying shot in the final seconds, as Valencia edged Milano 103-100.

Milano erased a 21-point deficit in the third quarter, tying the game late, but Valencia managed to hold their nerve down the stretch and record important road victory.
