SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Willard, Missouri native turned pop star Chappell Roan has launched a new organization to support LGBTQ youth across the country.

The program, called the Midwest Princess Project, has raised more than $400,000 through her Visions of Damsel and Other Dangerous Things Pop-Up Shows.

Roan is partnering with Springfield’s Glo Center and similar facilities nationwide to ensure teens in their communities and nearby rural areas can access needed support.
