MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The right lane of the Beltline going eastbound is closed at Verona Road due to a crash Thursday afternoon, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation reported.

According to WisDOT, the crash happened just before 3:30 p.m.

The highway is expected to be closed for about an hour.

The Madison Police Department is handling the crash.
