An actress on 9-1-1 Nashville suffered from the same neuromuscular disease as Alan Jackson prior to her death last weekend at age 23.

Isabelle Tate played a woman named Julie in the pilot of the ABC TV show, which aired on Oct. 9. She had recently returned to acting.

LeAnn Rimes , Chris O'Donnell and Jessica Capshaw are three stars of 9-1-1 Nashville .

The show airs on Thursday nights at 9PM ET.

It's not clear if Tate will appear in upcoming episodes.

TMZ spoke with Tate's agent, who shared that she suffered from Charcot Marie Tooth disease. She died peacefully in her sleep on Sunday (Oct. 19).
