PITTSBURGH, Pa. (BLACK AND GOLD NATION) - One of the bigger surprises on the injury report this week for the Steelers is center Zach Frazier. The West Virginia product did not practice on Thursday due to a calf injury.
This marks a downgrade for Frazier, who was limited during Wednesday's practice.
Frazier told PennLive's Nick Farabaugh that he was injured on the second drive against Cincinnati. The second-year player said he's still sore but will ultimately be okay.
The Fairmont, West Virginia native was highly regarded as one of the best centers in the NFL entering this season. Even future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been quick to praise Frazier for his intelligence.
