ST. LANDRY PARISH, LA. (KLFY) -- An inmate has escaped from the St. Landry Parish Jail this evening, officials said.

Bryan Mickens was arrested, had a hold on him in Texas and unauthorized use of a moveable in St. Landry Parish, officials confirmed.

Mickens had a bond of $2,500 for a year.

Anyone with any information on Mickens whereabouts is asked to call the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office at 337-948-6516 or call law enforcement at 911.
