BILLINGS — The Livingston girls soccer team is putting together a memorable season in the annals of Rangers history.
For only the second time per available Montana High School Association records dating to the 2002-03 school year, Livingston will be playing in the girls State A soccer playoffs semifinals.
Saturday the Eastern A’s top-seeded Livingston (11-1-2) will host the Northern A’s second-seeded Bigfork (11-2-1) at noon at Park High School.
Per available MHSA records, it is eighth time Livingston has advanced to the playoffs and the first since 2022. The No. 1 seed is a first for the Rangers. In 2012, Livingston advanced to the semifinals where it lost at Columbia Falls. In 2003, in a true double-elimination format, Livingston placed fourth at the State A tourney in Whitefish.
