DANVILLE — Students from 12 Valley high schools were introduced to various facets of health care Thursday at Geisinger's Aspirations in Medicine and Healthcare Initiatives program.

Throughout interactive sessions on nursing, radiology, research, pharmacy and environmental services, Geisinger staff presented students with topics from balloon angioplasties to nutritious smoothie making to cleaning hospital rooms.
