EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Signs posted on either side of the Washington Bridge say the project to replace the westbound side of the bridge is "on time" and "on budget."

But some Rhode Islanders, including Attorney General Peter Neronha, think the messages are questionable.
