NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Isabelle Tate, an actress who appeared in the pilot episode of ABC's "9-1-1: Nashville," died Oct. 19 at her home. She was 23.
Her talent agency, McCray Agency, confirmed the death on social media.
Tate reportedly died from complications of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a progressive neurological disorder that affects the nerves controlling muscles.
Tate was diagnosed with the neuromuscular disease at age 13. In a , she discussed her condition openly, explaining that she had begun using a wheelchair as the disease progressed.
