Suspect shot and killed by police after deadly shooting, kidnapping in northwest Charlotte

A violent crime spree that left one person dead and two others wounded ended with Charlotte police fatally shooting a suspect who kidnapped a woman and fired at officers during a car chase on Thursday, authorities said.
