Cleveland State University’s decision to hand over its beloved student-run radio station, WCSB, to Ideastream continues to baffle the community—and the hosts of Today in Ohio are just as perplexed after CSU President Laura Bloomberg addressed the controversy again this week.

“Only if you can glean clarity from buzzword talking points, because that’s what we’re getting,” said Laura Johnston on the podcast, expressing frustration with Bloomberg’s vague explanations. “She says that they need to honor the legacy of the radio station, but need to pivot to the future....
