CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) - A former Miami Township police and school resource officer pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence after being charged in connection with an alleged inappropriate relationship with a high school student, court records show.

Andrew Warren Bobb was taken into custody and charged with tampering with evidence and violating a protection order on Sept. 19 after it was reported that he had a relationship with a Milford High School student while working as a school resource officer.

According to deputies at the time, the person who made the report showed social media pictures of Bobb and the student, who was 18 in the images, in inappropriate poses.

A subsequent investigation uncovered that he had violated a protection order filed by the student’s guardians.
