CINCINNATI —
Winners of six straight games, including four in the Big 12, the Cincinnati Bearcats are starting to build a case for the College Football Playoff.
Ranked No. 21 in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll, Cincinnati has its annual homecoming game on Saturday, hosting the Baylor Bears at Nippert Stadium. The Bearcats’ offense, led by emerging star quarterback Brendan Sorsby, has been among the best in the country through seven games, averaging over 37 points per game.
That offense will need to shine Saturday when Baylor and its high-octane passing offense comes to Cincinnati.
