SEATTLE — The family of an 18-year-old man killed in a shooting on Seattle's Capitol Hill earlier this month is breaking their silence, demanding justice as they grapple with his death.

Jaydon Wendel Nathaniel Jameson was shot multiple times outside a QFC supermarket near the intersection of East Pike Street and Broadway on the evening of October 9. He died at Harborview Medical Center. Two others were injured in the shooting.

Nearly three weeks later, no arrests have been made.

"Waking up in the morning is probably the worst part, because it's that reminder in the morning that I'm not going to be able to ever see my son," Jameson's mother, Krysta Jameson, told KING 5 News in an interview on the Lummi Reservation, where the family held a two-day funeral for Jaydon last week.
