HOOVER – The Sand Rock Lady Wildcats’ volleyball season ended Thursday in the Class 2A North Volleyball Super Regional at Hoover’s Finley Center. They lost to Winston County 20-25, 12-25, 24-26.

Emma Sipsy delivered eight kills and nine digs for the Lady Wildcats. Caitlyn Lynch contributed eight kills and a pair of aces. Maddie Clanton came away with 24 assists and two aces.

Paitlyn Hughes posted 22 digs and two kills. Megan Smith collected seven kills and 20 digs. Molly Grace Lay managed 12 digs. Macey Pruitt finished with two kills and two blocks.

Sand Rock finished the season at 21-24.
