Ryan Wong scored the lone goal in the second half, leading second-seeded Highland Park to a 1-0 victory over third-seeded Middlesex in the semifinal round of the Greater Middlesex Conference Invitational in Highland Park.

Both teams created good scoring opportunities, with Highland Park narrowly outshooting Middlesex 10-8.

Keanu Mack recorded seven saves for Highland Park.

Highland Park (9-6) will host fourth-seeded Spotswood in the final round on Monday at a time to be announced. Middlesex (11-5-1) will face Dayton on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.
