Giovanny Sousa and Ben Lyons each scored two goals as 4th-seeded East Brunswick defeated 5th-seeded Perth Amboy 5-1 in a quarterfinal-round game of the Greater Middlesex Conference tournament under the lights in East Brunswick.

John Matos added a goal as East Brunswick raced to a 3-0 lead en route to its fifth straight victory, improving its record to 11-7.

Sousa, a sophomore, has 10 goals on the season.

Lyons, a senior, has 11 goals on the season.

Aiden Hanas made two saves for East Brunswick.
