SOUTH DAKOTA (KCAU) — A South Dakota couple is suing an Iowa carbon pipeline company for surveying their land against their will. Jared and Tara Bossly of rural Aberdeen entered the lawsuit this week in brown county.

They claim Summit Carbon Solutions trespassed on their land to do survey work for a CO2 pipeline.

The survey work on the Bossly’s land reportedly happened a little over two years ago. At that time, other landowners had an appeal pending before the South Dakota Supreme Court for similar claims.
