Changing Tides Festival has been cancelled less than a month before it was due to be held in Kiama.

The annual festival was supposed to take over Kiama Showground on November 22 and feature Sam Fender as the headliner.

Local band The Rubens , along with Noah Cyrus, Skeggs, Holly Humberstone and The Rions were among others on the line-up.

"Changing Tides Festival has been cancelled and will not be returning," the festival organisers said in a post on social media.

"This decision has not been made lightly. We're truly devastated, but also deeply grateful for the love, excitement and support so many of you have shown along the way."

This year's festival had been reduced to one day, after running for two days in 2024 and 2023.
